I couldn’t feel anything at all , so I started using a half to a whole dropper full . I could feel the effects being uplifted and clear head slight cheeriness and chill.
Two drops defeats the object for me though . I’m not a heavy user of anything , but there were no negative effects at all . You could get some ringing in the ears telling you it was there .

This works for my arthritic hands
After using it every morning for over a month I can say its works very well for reducing inflammation and pain in my arthritic hands... I have stopped using anti inflammatories after years of pain, stiff and painful hands.
