How are 20 mg CBD Capsules produced?

Improve sleep quality
The capsules help me to extend the deep sleep phase. A nervous squirrel by nature, I often suffer from stress, which manifests itself, among other things, in restless sleep. I don't notice any effect directly after taking it, but the probability increases significantly that I will wake up fresh and rested the next morning. It's not a guaranteed solution, but it definitely increases the chance of deep, restful sleep. I can't find any side effects. The very fact that it does not always work shows me that it is a gentle remedy. It definitely works better for me than valerian or sleeping berry.

Direkt merke ich nach der Einnahme keine Wirkung, aber die Wahrscheinlichkeit steigt deutlich, daß ich am nächsten Morgen frisch und ausgeruht aufwache. Es ist keine garantierte Lösung, erhöht jedoch definitiv die Chance auf tiefen, erholsamen Schlaf. Nebenwirkungen kann ich nicht feststellen. Gerade, daß es nicht immer wirkt, zeigt mir, daß es ein sanftes Mittel ist. Es funktioniert bei mir auf jeden Fall besser als Baldrian oder Schlafbeere.
