Hi I couldn’t feel anything at all , so I started using a half to a whole dropper full . I could feel the effects being uplifted and clear head slight cheeriness and chill. Two drops defeats the object for me though . I’m not a heavy user of anything , but there were no negative effects at all . You could get some ringing in the ears telling you it was there .

I am now on my second week 2 drops in morning with lemon and hot water and again last thing at night works great anxiety not a issue anymore and feel much calmer would recommend if stress is an issue
