Ice Cheeks Feminized Seeds

About Ice Cheeks Feminized

Ice Cheeks Feminized is a 60/40 sativa-dominant strain bred for High Times by Sensi Seeds. To create this one-of-a-kind blend, breeders started with Sensi Seeds’ award-winning original Sensi Skunk and crossed that with Cold Snap, providing genetics from Gelato, Diesel, and more to deliver a powerful and long-lasting high accompanied by a truly unique flavour.

The final product delivers bushy, medium-sized plants with the potential for XXL yields. These plants are quite versatile, with long lateral branches and dense vegetation, meaning that they greatly benefit from either significant airflow or pruning of the lower branches. If you’re looking for a plant that you can push to the limits, Ice Cheeks Feminized is a top contender.

Growth pattern of Ice Cheeks Feminized

Ice Cheeks Feminized cannabis seeds should be expected to develop into medium-sized plants with an incredibly sturdy frame. The robust lateral branches grow along medium internodal spacing and tend to grow fairly vertically in early flowering before being pulled outwards by their buds as the plant matures. While these plants are unlikely to grow too tall, they can take up a surprising amount of space as they grow outwards, though they can show extreme stretch when grown outdoors.

Indoors, growers can expect Ice Cheeks Feminized cannabis plants to be ready for harvest at a height of roughly 70-110 cm while producing XXL yields of as much as 460-650 grams per square meter. If grown outdoors, these plants can easily grow to heights of up to 200 cm (possibly taller), with yields of 550-750 grams per plant over their 55 to 65-day flowering period.

The flowers from Ice Cheeks Feminized are large, incredibly dense, and numerous as the plant’s long, sturdy lateral branches tend to develop a large number of golfball-sized nugs that are moderately leafy and covered in striking orange pistils. The main cola is quite heavy, though the apical stem is unlikely to rise too far above the lower canopy, meaning that the secondary colas will be the real stars of the show come harvest.

This strain’s long, robust lateral branches are a great pick for many advanced training techniques. These plants respond exceptionally well to low-stress training (LST) and are ideal for a screen of green (SCROG) setup. Likewise, the large buds are a perfect fit for lollipopping or mainlining. However, due to these plants’ size and shape, they are poorly-suited for a sea of  green (SOG).

Effects, taste, and smell of Ice Cheeks Feminized

Once Ice Cheeks Feminized plants enter the flowering phase, growers will begin to notice a layered blend of scents highlighted by a burst of refreshing, zesty citrus. Just beneath that lie distinct notes of sweet, fruity candy and juicy grapes, supported by pungent skunky tones and a subtle floral sweetness that adds further depth.

After drying and curing, the buds take on sharp and pleasant notes of tangy citrus layered with sweeter hints of fruity candy and gentle flowery undertones. All of these notes are layered on top of distinct hints of gas and a deep, rich, resinous aroma with a smooth, slightly woody character that rounds out the experience.

The flavour of Ice Cheeks Feminized perfectly blends all of these complex notes into a single delicious package. Tart berry and pomegranate sweetness take centre stage on the inhale and are quickly followed up by notes of sugary candy and ripe fruit, leading to a smooth, savoury richness that lingers long after the exhale.

Users of Ice Cheeks Feminized should be ready for a powerful, long-lasting high that kicks off with a clear-headed and euphoric uplift before gradually transitioning into a deeply relaxing, heavy body stone. Warm waves of relaxation wash over, soothing tired muscles, eventually leaving users locked to the couch, making this strain well-suited for late evenings or quiet downtime.
