Can I still order online? What about the stores?
You can still purchase online from Sensi Seeds (www.sensiseeds.com), and from our stores. While some customers were experiencing shipping delays during the height of the pandemic, we’re pleased to announce that delivery times are now back to normal.
All our stores (three in Amsterdam, one in Barcelona), have now re-opened, and we have measures in place to ensure your shopping experience is as safe as possible.

How long will I have to wait for my delivery?
There are no delays in shipping at present. This means that you should receive your order within the usual delivery time. PostNL is still reporting potential delays for international shipments, but we’re not under the impression that Sensi Seeds customers are majorly affected at the moment.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Our online customer service team is on hand to assist with any issues not covered in this FAQ.

Dear members of our community,
The coronavirus pandemic has been one of the 21st century’s biggest challenges. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by the virus, and if you’ve caught it, we wish you a speedy recovery.
The cannabis community is spread across Europe, and all countries are affected in one way or another. We’re in this together, even if we need to keep our distance for now.
I’d like to thank everybody for taking care of each other. Thanks also to everyone involved with Sensi Seeds. The high season is always busy, and the coronavirus pandemic has tested us to the max. We couldn’t manage without your continued support.
Wellbeing – a priority
Our client’s and employees’ welfare are our highest priority. We’re following all Dutch government guidelines to keep everybody safe, and in some cases, we’re taking our safeguarding measures even further.
We’re focusing on hygiene and limiting personal contact, and if a member of staff displays even minor symptoms, they self-isolate with immediate effect. Anyone who can work from home is doing so.
We will get through this, as long as we stay safe and take care of one another.
