Time for yet another easy to make hemp seed recipe, don’t you think? Last week, the Sensi Seeds team posted a hemp seed porridge recipe, but the following breakfast option with hemp seeds is just as nourishing and delightful. Hemp muesli can be prepared within a matter of minutes, and it will kick-start your day for sure.
- Large mixing bowl
- Jar/container for storage
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup hulled hemp seed
- ¼ cup dried apricots, pitted and chopped
- ¼ cup raisins
- ½ cup dates, pitted and chopped
- ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 3 – 4 tablespoons shredded coconut or coconut flakes
- Preparation time (hours)
- Cooking time (hours)
- Total time (minutes)
Mix all the ingredients together and store in a jar in the refrigerator. Consume within 2 – 3 weeks.
Add a sliced banana, an apple or red fruits, like strawberries, cherries or raspberries, to the mix for a nutritious breakfast.
Enjoy the muesli with homemade hemp milk, coconut or almond milk.
